Hi all,
A bit new to this blog thing so please forgive any boo-boos in blog etiquette!
So, its all systems go with confirmation from the Canadian High Commission that we been accepted into Canada.
We are heading for the Okanagan Valley which is about 4 to 5 hours east of Vancouver and has the most amazing combination of things to do (skiing featuring heavily), climate (v. hot in summer, dry cold in winter) and lots of vineyards....hmm why are we going again.. ?!
Weekends are now booking up with a combination of packing, prep for move and visiting friends and family.
Leaving friends and family is really tugging at the heartstrings and I think it is only going to get worse...must invest in some waterproof mascara...thats for me, not Shaun..promise!
But it not so much losing friends as gaining lots of visitors...so let us know when you fancy a Canadian vacation - spring, summer, autumn or winter - we'll always have something to do!
